Warranty:
Your device comes with a 1‑year limited warranty, effective from 2nd December 2025, which covers hardware defects and component failures that occur under normal use. This does not include issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or software‑related problems. If a warranty claim is needed, the buyer is responsible for the return postage, and once received, Refurb Computing Ltd will assess the device and either repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion. In the event a replacement is issued, the replacement device may differ from the original model ordered but will always meet or exceed the equivalent specifications. You can also choose to extend your warranty at the time of purchase or anytime within the first year for added peace of mind. This warranty operates alongside and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Please note that this device falls just outside Microsoft’s officially supported list for Windows 11 because its CPU is from an earlier generation. Despite this, it currently runs Windows 11 smoothly and supports all features without any issues.
Importantly, the system does meet the key security requirements for Windows 11, including TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. The only limitation is that, because the processor isn’t on Microsoft’s supported list (which typically includes 8th‑gen Intel or 2nd‑gen AMD Ryzen and newer), future updates or new features cannot be fully guaranteed.
